It’s crazy how when something resonates with you how easy it is to learn and devour every piece of information you can get your hands on.
Tomorrow I’m teaching my first real flow class. I normally teach a Yin or Hatha modality, but I wanted to do a new moon vinyasa for new beginnings and new adventures. I’m so excited actually, I have been looking forward to it for a week now.
